Novell print manager

We are using novell 4.1 for cardman application in our bank.
Accidently the power failed and the server went off when the power came back one printer is not working. I checked in the pconsole, the printmanager is running but when we check the printer it is showing not connected and trying fora printmanager. I stopped and started the print manager the same result. Pls help

FYG there is a separate forum for Novell Netware 4 which gets a lot more traffic than this one and attracts a lot more guru level folks.

Hwvr, if PCONSOLE is saying NOT CONNECTED it most likely means that is a remotely connected printer (attached to a workstation or a lan print server) and that workstation or print server needs to be restarted. Likely it lost its connection to the server due to the power failure. Some clients will not automatically reconnect when the server comes back online.
