I have a querky Citrix issue I was hoping somebody may have come across this. A number of our Citrix users run report through a published application. They save the file through the application to their F drive which is a Novell Network drive.

The strange thing about this is that a four people can see the F drive but three cannot. They can see their own drives and any Windows Network drive mappings but not Novell.

I have carried out the following:

I have deleted one of the persons profile off the two Citrix servers and got them to log back into the application and run the report, however the F drive still did not appear.

I have confirmed with the Citrix RDP configuration that the option to map client drives is set.

I have confirmed that the version of citrix is the same on the Pc that can see the F drive and the Pc that cannot.

The Citrix servers do not have the Novell Client installed, it is only installed on the person's Pc.

Any thoughts on this would be much appreciated.

Many thanks.

Regards.

If your Citrix servers don't have the Novell client installed on them, then:

1. How do your users get their F:\ drives mapped? (CIFS?)
2. What is the command that you use?
3. How is your Novell environment set up? Are all these users in the same context?
4. How are you authenticating to Citrix? (DLU, local accounts, etc.)
