Anyone knows a way to retrieve a user login-logout list for a week time period on the Novell 5 server?

I presume that you do NOT have accouting setup. This information would be stored in the accounting file.
Otherwise...
You need to setup a file that adds the login/logout time of each user as it occurs. The login time is easy you would add the timestamp/userid to the lgoin script. The logout information is much more difficult especially in a Windows environment where users don't LOGOUT just "shutdown".
The file that you add the timestamp/userid have a write attribute ONLY. This will allow the users to add information to the file and not modify existing data.
