Just a quickie, I've been through a stack of Cisco books, and a few websites and still can't find clear answers to this.

What is the format of the traceroute command for IPX on a cisco system. I know that it is

traceroute ipx <X>

but what format does it expect <X> the IPX network address to be in. I've done a show ipx servers and tried pinging the address listed in there, but that just gibes me a row of !N !N !N. Which I believe means its unreachable.

All help gratefully

I have nothing smart to say at this time!

The format should be something like:

traceroute ipx <ipx-network>.0000.0000.0000

!N means network unreachable yes.
