Novell groupwise DB files skipped from Tivoli Incremental backups

Hello All,

I am seeing the following messages appear in our TSM reporter activity log for a Novell client They are appearing during a Novell clients incremental backup everynite now. These are GroupWise mail and database
files. This problem had occurred in the past and
has re-surfaced since the Novell side recently
updated to Groupwise 7.

These files are going to almost always be open since
they are a 24/7 shop and won't be shutting down there
Groupwise mailing system. Has any ever had this problem?
If so what was your solution.
