Novell Groupwise Client Address book

We are running Novell Groupwise Client 7 and whenever I install the client on a machine, the Address book will not show up on some machines....some machines it does but not on all. Someone said that it had something to do with Office???? Any help??
 
I have seen this problem and here is how I resolved.

I uninstalled groupwise 7 client and installed groupwise 6.5 client and then reinstalled groupwise 7 client.

There has to be a problem with Windows messaging on groupwise 7 client, and the 6.5 client installs it correctly.

It's a pain in the butt but it works!!!

All you have to do in reinstall windows messaging. It is located in the GroupWise Client Install/win32/wms
 
You may have to uninstall GW, install WMS like badger said, then reinstall GW.... GW will automatically register itself as the defaults in WMS this way.
