Novell client upgrade from 4.71 to 4.8 uninstalls SCR ver 8

Hi,
Crystal Reports ver 8 (Professional edn) is installed on the PC. Upgraded Novell Client on worksation from 4.71 to 4.8. Upon reboot, Crystal ver 8 professional edn was deinstalled.

Any ideas or solutions for this?
