Hello, I have the Novell client installed on a Windows 2003 Citrix Server. When different users logon, they will see the previous user's logon name. Is there a way that I can have this screen not save the last user's logon name? Please let me know. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Right click the RED N on the taskbar. Go to client properties --> Location Profiles --> Default, Properties --> Login Service/Default, Properties --> then...

You'll see a name in the USERNAME field. Clear that out so it's empty. THEN, look up above on the same screen and you'll see an option for "Save profile after successful login".. Make sure that this option is NOT ticked.

This should make the username blank all the time, and no matter who logs in, it won't be saved.

Alternately, you can run gpedit.msc. Navigate to Computer Configuration\ Windows Settings\Security Settings\Local Policies\Security Options.
Double click “Do not display last username in logon screen”, select “Enabled”.

On W2K sometimes you have to set it twice to get it to "stick" (doncha luv MS?).

OK - I did that and it clears it when logging on with a Windows XP PC but not for MACS. Any idea why that would be?
