Novell Client 4.83

I have client 4.81 with SP3 on the workstation, I try to upgrade it to Novell Client 4.83, in the processing of install new client, it give me an error and finish partial installation. I try to reinstall it but i can't. Is there anyway to remove the client completely and reinstall it.. i have try some of the step that was suggest by Novell FAQ, but it's doesn't help..... is there any third party software to remove it. or is there a way to fix this problem.

In Control Panel under Networks, under Services, remove it from there. It removes all registry entries, so you should have no problem installing the new client.

Just out of interest, what is the error? -----------------------------------------------------
