I've been searching the forum, but no luck.
I have one Novell 5.1 server out of 25, that 4 out of 5 times when I go to restore a file has dumped most of my user's H: drive files (<server>\data:user) to the root directory on the tape. The files are there, but no longer in the correct sub-directory.
I have moved the job to a different Arcserve server and re-initialized the database, yet still it occurs! I suspect it has to do with the Nwagent on that server, but I'm at a loss.
The only error message I get is "E3803 Invalid file trailer signature" and then "E3802 Invalid file header signature". The job then completes "successfully".
Any ideas?
