Novell Apps Launcher not coming up anymore

What could be a reason for the apps launcher not coming up after signing in as usual to the novell server? All of a sudden a whole lab of PCs stopped launching these apps.
If I totally rebuild the PC I can get it to come up again. Tried unloading and reloading the novell client3.3 on a PC in the lab. Also tried unloading and reloading IE5.5 because we had thought it could be that. No luck. Anyone have any suggestions?

May be the software has become corrupted, you could try deleting nalwin32.exe and then running NAL.EXE from the server again, this will check the versions of the software amd re-copy the required bits back to the workstation.
