Novell Account Manager.

I am currently using Novell Account Manager to help synchronize the passwords with my W2K domain and Novell servers. I continue to see errors in the event log on the 2000 Domain masters:
&quot;The password filter has not been fully initialized. The password syncronization notice for user <users name> has been lost. The error code is in the data.&quot;
Please help. ;(
