Novell 6.5 and Interbase 5.6

I am trying to install Interbase 5.6 on a Novell 6.5 server. When I attempt to load the iserver.nlm I receive a message stating to close the screen. When it comes back it just states OK in the list, but it never loads. Any ideas?
