We are in the process of moving from a network using Novell 4.11 to one using Novell 5.1 in an education environment. We have replaced Zenworks with Fortress and Cleanslate for security. In the process some old problems were resolved, but new ones appeared...especially in the high end user labs. Problems with freeze ups, lost files and files not saving at all, as well as other inconsistent glitches are giving us fits. This causes must frustration for the teachers and student users...as well as the techs. We have halted complete transfer to the new system using 5.1 until we can resolve the problems. Any advice, suggestions and help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
