Novell 5.0 lockup with Error 946

Hey all,

I just had my Novell 5.0 server lockup for about 20 minutes. I restarted the server and it was fine. One of my workstations had an error message pop up with an error number, but when I Google it all I can find are references to a SQL server. I'm not running a SQL server. Here's the Error Number and the Error Code:

Error: 946
Error Code: 26:0x8819

I was pretty concerned because this server has 90% of all our service files on it (I do a full backup every night but I thought I'd have trouble recovering the files from a tape when the rest of my servers are MS servers). What is Error 946? Should I look at a new server to replace this one???

I'd say the '0x8819' is the most likely thing to troubleshoot..

Also, NetWare 5.0 is obsolete and has been for a while. You should look at upgrading - if your shop is less than 100, look into the Small Business Suite.. If more than that, look into the Open Workgroup Suite.
