I am trying to install Novell 4.11 on an IBM PC Server 325 with 128MB Ram and two 4.1GB Hard Drives (SCSI). I have installed DR-DOS v. 7.03 and the SCSI drivers for CD-ROM and Harddrives. I have updated the BIOS and the latest SCSI Drivers.

Every time I run the install program it will begin copyiing files to the server and each time it stops at 42% (I think this is where the SMP files begin to get copied.) It doesn't quit, it just freezes.

I have a 500MB Dos partition and the rest is free space. The second hard disk is not partitioned.

Help please...

I have had this problem myself.
If you can get as far as the C: partition files getting copied, load server, load install and do the rest manually.

Leave your CD as a DOS device for the moment.
