Novell 3.12 and Large HDD Support

Hi!

I`d like to use a 20 Gb HDD with novell 3.12 it is possible? Could anybody help me?
Novell detect 8GB only.
When I try to mount SYS volume the comnputer go freeze.

THX your help.
