NoUser - How to find?

We have a "NoUser" who has been connected for 4100 minutes now. Ive gone around to most of our phones physically and cant see any 2nd line open. Any help on hunting this down.

Ive also checked modems to no avail.

Try rebooting the system, this will disconnect the call.

According to the picture there is no physical call on a line or to another user, rebooting seems to be the only option.

According to that picture the phone is just 'off the hook' and not actually connected to anywhere. It could be a stuck port - or quite simply someone could have the phone off the hook (which is doubtful if you have all the extension users programmed in).

REBOOT!!!
