When I have a folder shared with others, I want to be notified when a member of the team puts a document (e.g. received email and drag/dropped) in the shared folder. This should be possible by right clicking the globe-icon of Notity, select Options and click the folders you want to be notified. However, I dont get the wanted notify message.
What can I do?

Thanks,

GroupWise will not notify you (pop up message) when someone drags and drops a message into a shared folder. However, with 5.5, it should put a "new mail icon" to the side of the folder if there is a new message.

However, what you might try with messages being "sent" to this folder is setting up a rule that each time a message contains a certain address, or contains a certain subject, that it is "moved" to this folder. Because you have selected this folder in the "notify" options, you should get a pop-up message of "new" mail. After you have set up the rule, close down GroupWise and re-open. Also, you might want to "reload" notify to ensure it's working properly.

Hope this helps!
