Notify Splash Screen remains on screen

The GrpWs Notify splash screen remains open on several of our PC's which were just upgraded to WinXP. This happens on a few machines once in a while, and a few machines all the time. Tried using the /bl switch but the splash screen still comes up. Any ideas?

Hi,
I upgraded one system from Win98 to XP and afterward uninstalled both the GW Client and Windows Messaging (9X version) S/W. Then I reinstalled Windows Messaging (NT version)and the GW Client in that order. This works fine now.
I upgraded another system from Win2000 to XP and also followed this procedure and have no problems there. I think this will be your best bet to fix your problem.
