Notify Once Apps Deployed

We have 200 desktops being deployed in a build centre using the os deployment pack.

However apps are also being deployed via sms, with different app groups for different machines.

I need a way to be notified once all apps have been deployed to the desktop so it can be taken off the network.

Any ideas?
