Notify me rules 1

Hello

I want to create 2 rules per mailbox, 1 to notify pager on urgent messages, pager is to display main telephone number, and a 2nd rule for all other messages and will reflect a 0 on the pager display.

I can’t have the 2 rules reflect something different on the pager display, don’t understand why not, as soon as I modify one of the two rules it changes both, it appears they must display the same thing.

Any alternatives?

I just did it on mine and it took it fine. Are you using the wso or the subscriber options to do this? I did mine in subscriber options and i have one for urgent with one number to display and one for all others with a different number

I see what you mean. If i use the WSO then it only shows the one number and it also only shows one schedule as well.

But when i set it up from subscriber options it works fine,

There is a ticket open currently with Avaya and they also think its a bug. Not sure if they will issue a fix but they want logs etc.

Well good luck with that. Did you try it using the subscriber options and not the wso ?
