Hi there, I'm new to lotus notes support so please bear with me..I have a group of clients who have a mail enabled calendar. R6 template and clients are on R5 client. They are complaining that when they put an entry into the calendar (reminder, appointment etc)...and set it to notify with a popup window, it doesn't work. I verified from my computer that it doesn't work. I'm on a R6 client so i don't think the client has anything to do with it.... However when I switch ID's to the one for the calendar it does work. Currently the clients are not switching ID's, they just have delegated access to the calendar. Switching ID's wouldn't be a solution because you have to be logged into the calendar account in order to receive the notification....Am I missing something here or is it working as designed?
