I need to figure out how to turn on notification on my Networker 7.3.2 so that I get notified when it skips/misses files as a result of them being open.

It is networker 7.3.2 and on Win2003

Such are usually included in the report.

How can I send out a notification to the server admins when there are files that are skipped/missed on thier servers? I guess that is the ultimate goal.

Thanks for your help

With the current setting, you can just expand the savegroup notification to forward the report to somebody else. Unfortunately, i do not see any other possibility.

This will forward all failed clients though right?

Hi,

You can use the owner notification that is available in the client resource. You put in a command to email the report there instead of using the savegrp notification that holds all information for the whole group.
