Notification of Logged in Users

How can I setup a notification to allow a new user into a database to see if the database is open and by who?? Similar to the message in Excel, when opening a file by two users.

There are ways to use the LDB file created when you open the database to find out who's logged in. Here's a link to another post on this site that deals with this. Hope it helps. thread181-586037
