Is there a way to configure Exchange 5.5 to send a notification that a specific user has been deleted or does not work anymore at our office ? I am searching but I can't find anything ..
Set up a public folder with SMTP e-mail addresses for every user you want to bounce. then set a rule on the folder that will autoreply with a standard message. Alternatively you could leave the mailbox on the server but hide it (remove all DL membership first) and use the Out of Office response messages.
