At some point we have copied our production livelink instance into our other test environments, and some users had notification interests carry down stream. Recently we've been doing some development in our QA environment, which has been sending multiple emails to those users. i've manually deleted all entries from the notifyinterests2 table for those users in those environments, however, this morning one users still received a notification. Any ideas?

how about agentschedule ? or could it be a email that send it
and the user thinks it is a regular livelink notification...

Well, if I called the wrong number, why did you answer the phone?

i saw the email they recieved, and its definately an "notification interest" report. I looked deeper and the documents that showed in the reports were modified prior to me removing their interests. Maybe the email was queued up prior to me making changes? I will no for sure in a day or so....

thanks for the feedback guys, i think i've nixed the notifications from the unwanted environments, however, i have a lot of rows in my lleventqueue table. I'm assuming an agent is disabled somewhere, or not running properly. would this be in the agent schedule table?

if you go into notification administration,turn off notification and truncate the table that should help this system from accumulating any notifiable events.The agentschedule just has listing of each agent and whether to email it or show it on the gui.also if you comment the loader line in your opentext.ini and see my comments you can make this test server not do any notify/agent/wfagent stuff
[loader]
#load=sockserv;javaserver;agents;notify;wfagent
load=sockserv;javaserver
#no need for this to do any agent stuff
#load_relagent=relagent
#no need for recommender stuff
