I have a Public Folder (ie, HelpDesk) on Exchange, with the proper permissions in place. I want select users to be notified when a message comes into this address (helpdesk@***.com). I tried setting up a rule on the client with no success.
Is there a way to notify select users of incoming mail to public folders?
