Notification Email not working

We needed to rebuild our reporting server and since it's been rebuilt, everything is working properly, including the distribution of reports via email. But when reports fail, the notification emails are not being sent. I've double checked the recipient list and used the "Check Names" button, and I've tried distribution lists and individual address.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I found the problem.
In the Info Configuration Manager, the MAPI configuration for the MS Exchange Output Destination (on the Info Server tab) was setup correctly w/ the username not containing the domain but the User/Profile for the APS Mail Notification (on the APS tab) was setup incorrectly, w/ the domain included (i.e. Domain\Username).
