Notification before Deleting Messages

Hi again experts!

Do Norstar voice mail users get verbal notification that messages will be deleted when the Message Retention period has reached the max assigned in their associated COS? Does anyone know where in the documentation I can find this in writing?

Look on page 32 of the Norstar Voice Mail reference guide note 1. (this is for voice mail 4.0)
If you are using flash mail or some other, look in the reference guide or user guide under any heading similar to "Listening to messages in your mailbox"

And in that chapter it should discuss message retention and automatic erasure..
