Has anyone seen this before. My system is UnixWare Relese 5 Version 7.1.1 i386 x86at SCO UNIX_SVR5

No, but I would guess this has something to do with the BIOS. If you go into CMOS, does the time display?

RTC = Real Time Clock. The error means exactly what it says. Your bios clock could have gone out, which probably will require a motherboard replacement. On the other hand, the problem may be resolved simply by shutting down and restarting the system.
