Nothing Happens When Print Button is Clicked

A compiled (.exe) Crystal 8.5 report was made available to several users. Some users are able to print the report but other users were not able to. Nothing happens when these users click on the 'print' button. What can be the problem?

Perhaps they don't have a default printer set up?

It's been years since I used that, I'm just guessing here.
