Notes Will not Open

HI,

I have a user that can log into Lotus Note 6. However, if he get out he is unable to log back in. It gives him an error and writes this error message into his Event Log.

The application, , generated an application error The error occurred on 10/01/2003 @ 11:19:05.149 The exception generated was c00000fd at address 601958E9 (OSGetLogFileName)

He can reboot and get in fine, but he needs to do this everytime. Any help in solving this would be great.

Do any of the files in the Notes app or data directories have the Read Only flag activated ?

Nope there are no files that are read only nore hidden.

Check the running processes in the task manager, for the nlnotes.exe. If it is running kill it. This will at least keep you from having to restart everytime you want to open notes.
