Notes to Outlook conversion

My company is currently corresponding with a partner company who is using Lotus Notes/Domino as their solution for group emails. However, we do not use Notes and are not in a position to migrate from MS Exchange. Is there a transparent utility or plugin for Outlook that can convert Notes format emails to HTML, plain text, or something else Outlook can read? Or is there a setting that can be changed in Notes/Domino on their end to specify that emails to our addressses are sent as plain text or HTML? Any help would be appreciated, thanx.
