Notes Server crashed!

Can anybody tell me how i can find out why our domino server has just crashed and how we can stop it happening again. This is the top of the RIP file.<br>

QNC aka Quincy, is a debugger very similar to Dr. Watson. He does log crashes in a file called Notes.RIP. You need to get the RIP file annotater and the associated files for your specific version from the Lotus website.
