Hi, I guess that my e-mails sent by notes are being read by unauthorized person, even when I sent an e-mail without save option.
Does anyone have an idea how can I am be sure that someone are reading or receiving my e-mails whitout my authorization ?
Thanks !!

First things first : are you sure that the ACL on your mail file does not include people it should not ? To check, in your mail go to File/Database/Access Control and review the people entries (not server entries) that are in there.
If there is anything that seems suspicious to you, call your administrator and have him explain the how and why.
Next, how exactly can you be sure that people are reading your mail ? If you send without saving, then they are not reading it from you, but from the recipient(s). You have no control over that.
As for recieving email, only the recipients you designate can. There can be no "unauthorized" recipients. Again, the recipients you designate can also forward the mail, and you have no control over that, unless you are using Notes 5x or 6x. If so, you can specify Do Not Copy in the Delivery Options. That will restrict the recipients ability to easily forward your mail.

Hi, the ACL of my mail file is ok. Only I have rights on it.
I know that someone are reading or receiving my e-mails because I already received it from an unknow e-mail that sent me some of my mesages whith comments.
How can I be sure that just one "ID File" can access my Database on Notes ?

Thanks !!

If you are the only user (groups included) listed in the ACL, then nobody is reading your mail from your mailbox.
As I said, you cannot keep people from forwarding mail, so the comments you have recieved were certainly forwarded from one of your intended recipients. You have no control over that.
If these comments are derogatory, I would bring this to the attention of your manager. If the mail is from an external source and has nothing to do with business, I would suggest you alert your manager and your Domino Administrator. Be aware that some viruses can also send you so-called comments automatically (with an attachment). This past Monday I recieved four emails from people I never knew existed - and I'm pretty sure they don't even know it.
I also suggest diplomatically asking the recipients you sent the mail to to explain why they forwarded it to someone else. There may be a good reason, which you should know, or their mailbox may be compromised, and that is something they should know.
