I am new to Notes/Domino and am investigating potential use in our organisation. There is very little descriptive info on notes.
Can someone tell me if Notes supports multiple email accounts for individuals and if so how?

You could modify the users person document in the NAB (Name and Address Book) and provide location documents on the client end to allow users to switch between them. Keep in mind that you will need a copy of each ID in the local data folder.

Hope this helps. Have you had a look at the Domino help files that ship with the product? I am not sure how much more descriptive you can get.

Thanks,
I will try.
I am trialling the downloaded dekmo version and the help files don't answer this - at least I can't find it!

You can have multiple incoming email addresses in the person document. The server configuration can also map multiple email addresses to one person. And other email destinations such as persons or mail-in databases can redirect to another email address. And mail files can be programmed to redirect. There are also other ways to support multiple incoming mail addresses.

For outgoing mail you can either switch addresses by switching locations as John suggested or you can send from another mail file with a different mail "owner" (causing a sent by user message to be included).
