Notes.INI is invalid

I have been a blackberry user for a couple of years now. All of a sudden my BB won't connect to my email account as it says my Notes.ini is invalid and if I click anywhere on the login box to browse for another user.id or notes.ini, the application crashes. This has started spontaneously happening for another user now, I have tried reinstalling desktop software and notes client with no luck.

Any ideas would be much appreciated.

Reload the firmware for your device.
