notes ID file is already in use

notes ID file is already in use and the user is not logged in anywhere else and has not clicked on the notes shortcut more tahn once. The user can log in but this message flsahes up intermitentlty while she is working in notes

Check Task Manager for multiple nlnotes.exe processes. Should only be one running.
