Notes & Histories Report for Act 2005

Hello;

I am trying to create a Notes and Histories report that will only show contacts that have active history & Notes within the time span I have indicated in the filters.

This use to be a default value in the 6.0 Notes and Histories reports but for some reason I cannot make it happen. Is there something I can do within VBScript?

Any help would be great!
