We are using Lotus Notes 6. We have a user that receives the follwing two part error when trying to access Tools, Preferences while in the Inbox. First, they receive the error: Variant does not contain a container. You can click OK and then another error immediately comes up and reads: Field: 'SoftDeleteExpireTime': Special database object cannot be located. Then you can click OK again and the error goes away. But the user never gets to use their preferences for letterhead, signatures, etc. I had another user with the same issue but it seems to have cleared itself up after a few months. I'd like to try to fix this latest one, if possible. Can anyone advise me as to how I might fix this? Thanks for your help.
