Thanks for viewing my posting.
One of my user is using Korean version of Windows 2000 professional. He has no problem accessing the email but when he tried to open the email, he gets an error message showing "file cannot be created".
As from what I've known is that the Korean machine will automatically replace the "\" with a "W"(with a horizontal line strikethru' the W) symbol. Therefore, I'll have to replace it back to "\" again. BUT the problem is, I can't find any "\" on his laptop keyboard (Korean version). I've tried to cut and paste the symbol "\" from other website but it still showing the "W" sign. I wanted to changed his regional and keyboard setting but I can't regonize a single korea character.
Can any expert help on this? Thanks!
