Notes Crashes due to HTML email

Hi everyone,

I work for a company that sends out three different types of emails that our members can choose to subscribe to. All three versions come in text or HTML depending on member choice. Two of the emails are fairly simple in their HTML design and Lotus Notes users tell us that these open with no problem. The third email is our monthly summary and is a lot more complex and contains more graphics and links. We have received a number of complaints recently that this email is crashing Notes. We do not use Notes internally, so I can't say I am proficient with it, but I was hoping some of you had some tips or tricks for coding HTML emails for Notes that will prevent these crashes. Could you post some/all of the source code of the email, so we can take a look ?
Debugging without any code is rather difficult.

I'm sorry, I know the lack of code does make it difficult, but due to some sensitive content in the code I am not permitted to post it here. This isn't even code I have written myself (which may be half the problem) - I inherited this product last month and have only started working the bugs out. I was hoping someone had experienced a similar problem, but if not I will just keep plugging along. Thanks,

Why not remove the sensitive parts and show the rest ?
Of course, there may not be much left to show, but it may be worth a shot.
