Notes Connector

Hi all.
I'va got one Notesserver (5.0.1) and one Exchange server (5.5). I need to make one big adresslist with both the NotesNAB and the ExchangeGlobaladresslist. Microsoft has a "notesconnector" applikation that is made for notes 4.6, Lotus have no support for this as far as I know. When I do the configuration part, I always get this message: "the connector id do not have change rights on mail.box", and then it simply quits. I have checked the mail.box and the connector id has full rights.
Anyone, please help me out here....
