We have a customer that uses Lotus Notes and we use Outlook. When we receive a Calendar invite from a Notes user, it comes through as HTML in the body of the email. What does the Notes user need to configure on their end so that the email comes through in iCal format? Please list the steps necessary as I have never used Notes and will need to walk the person on the other end through this process. Thanks in advance for any help.
