Here is a fun one.
Lotus Notes will authenticate the user if they are connected to their port replicator. However, if they are not plugged in, the password is rejected.
Now correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't the authentication handled locally through the .id file? Anyone seen this or know a workaround? Having a mobile laptop user that needs his port replicator to access email kinda defeats the purpose of mobility.
