Notes and Internet email

URGENT HELP REQUIRED!  Our client has developed a problem:  Any user may type up a regular text email (no attachments included), sends it (via Net) and the recipient receives the first part of the text as normal, ending mid sentence and followed by an attachment.  The rest of the original text is to be found in the attachment.  What is causing this and, more importantly, how do we fix it???

What version of Notes are you running? <br><br>There is a setting in the R4.6 SMTP MTA that asks what type of mail your internet mail recipients are using. Make sure that you set this to Non-Notes Users.

Version 4.63.&nbsp;&nbsp;thanks for suggestion.&nbsp;&nbsp;Tried it.&nbsp;&nbsp;Has not worked.&nbsp;&nbsp;Any other suggestions?&nbsp;&nbsp;Cannot find anything on Lotus.
