Notes 6.5

I am new to Lotus Notes and will be using 6.5. Can anyone give me any books that are useful and make sense(Admin/Management) even running the client setup and adding a user? I have managed Exchange for a long time and I am quite familiar with that, but not Notes. Also, how is it administered? I believe its running on Win2K.
