Notes 6.5.3 Save greyed out

Hello,

I am new to Notes and the save button is greyed out. How do i make that option active?

I am just learning about Notes as i have been using MS Exhange for a backend for 10 years and i am 2 weeks into learning Domino/Lotus Notes.

Any help is appreciated.
