We recently upgraded to Domino/Notes 6.0.1 on a dedicated notes server that backs up to a tape drive on a different server via ARCServe 2000's Lotus Notes Backup Agent. The Server and all agents have been upgraded to SP4. Since the upgrade the backup halts after finishing the previous server and while the Job Status shows active, the Job Properties window is blank and the Job cannot be stopped or deleted.
Over the weekend I deinstalled the server and all clients and reinstalled them and upgraded all to SP4 but the problem persists.
